Nike Digital Asset Library interface adapting between light and dark themes

Campaigns and creative systems I contributed to at Nike.

During my time at Nike, I worked across brand campaigns, digital experiences, and internal creative systems. The work ranged from campaign concepting and art direction to building tools that helped creative work more effectively across Nike’s digital ecosystem.

Digital / Brand Designer

Internal Systems

Building a shared creative system for Nike’s digital ecosystem

The Digital Asset Library was an internal initiative aimed at making Nike’s growing content ecosystem easier to produce, preview, and scale. Creative was producing assets for an increasingly complex set of digital environments, but the context those assets needed to work within wasn’t always visible during creative development.

I took ownership of the library and led its evolution. I adapted the product’s existing design system into a simpler, creative-facing layer and refined it through live campaign work, testing it against real production and expanding it as new needs came up. It became the shared reference that Creative, Product, Marketing, and the channel teams all worked from.

Impact

•

Less dependency on specific individuals. Knowledge lived in the system instead of only with people who happened to know the requirements.

•

Better scalability across simultaneous campaigns. Since multiple designers were working on different moments at once, the library helped the studio support parallel work more consistently. Overall, improved high-fidelity comp times by up to 50%.

•

Reusable learning from previous campaigns. Production issue discovered once became guidance for the team instead of being solved repeatedly.

•

Faster onboarding for designers and partners. New people could understand channel requirements without relying as heavily on tribal knowledge.
